ABT-Athletic Based Training: Full Body, Fat Burn Training Program
This is a full body circuit. Perform all exercises back to back with a 1 minute recovery between rounds!
Pull Up 4XAMAP (as many as you can)
Dips 4XAMAP (as many as you can)
Plyo-Push Ups 4X10
Battle Rope 4X30 sec
Dynamic Box Step Up 4X10 Each
Medicine Ball Sumo Squat 4X20
Dynamic Power Lunge 4X25 Yards
Burpee Broad Jump 4X25 Yards
Today I added the weighted vest (20 lbs.). Depending on your strength level you can determine if you need the additional weight.
This is a great way to increase metabolic conditioning. Whenever I transition to getting leaner and burning more fat, these are the type of programs I incorporate along with my regular strength training programs.
