Sifu David will going to show you his Combative Wing Chun 3 Basic Wing Chun Excercises that you can do at home to become stronger and get better Wing Chun Techniques.

First do the “A” Stance – “Bai Jong”

Drill #1 “Chain Punch Drill”
– add speed
– punch higher
– punch in middle
– punch a little lower

Drill #2 “Foot Work Drill” (Chain Punch Drill with Foot Work)
– one foot forward
– step punch

Drill #3 “Staggered Foot Work Chain Punch Drill”
– two steps forward
– move the other foot at the back
– combine the foot work with the hand attacks

These Best Wing Chun Workout and Training Exercises has something to do with small space, you’re not going need a lot of moves and spaces doing these exercise.

Train hard and practice the drill, coordinate your punches, your power and your footwork to master these Wing Chun Lessons.
