The interesting thing is that these 3 golden rules for surviving the boxing gym can be applied if you are training in a home boxing gym.
The 3 golden rules are:
Rule #1 – Don’t bother buying expensive equipment when you are starting out
Rule #2 – Don’t be down-hearted if the boxing coach doesn’t immediately spend time with you
Rule #3 – Watch, listen and learn…be inquisitive!
Always focus on your performance during your boxing training, work hard and never give up!
